WHAT I VALUE MOST AT PARAGON IS THE FLEXIBILITY-

I'm able to show up for the important things in life while still getting my work done. I’m trusted to do my job without being micro-managed, and that autonomy matters.
The team here is solid—we support each other, and there's real camaraderie. I also appreciate the ongoing support for my education.
And yes, the snacks help on the long days.

THere is a real sense of COMMUNITY.

I joined Paragon Accounting & Tax Solutions a little over a year ago. The atmosphere here is very relaxed, and it’s flexible. I was mostly impressed by the tenure of the staff.
There is very low turnover here and I can definitely see why. John takes very good care of his team and I am very fortunate to be a part of it. Plus, having dogs in the office makes the whole place feel more like home.
